Meet the Authors: Rona Bell
Rona Bell is the pen name of a well-known New York business executive. She has published (under other pen names) in the North American Review, the Akashic Books Mondays are Murder series, as well as such publications as the New York Times, Washington Post, and Business Insider. Her most recent piece, “Spies on the Street,” appeared in the Summer 2018 edition of Mystery Readers International. Her short story, “Prey of New York,” was included in the anthology Where Crime Never Sleeps: Murder New York Style 4 and listed in Otto Penzler's Best American Mystery Stories 2018. Rona is a graduate of the University of Rochester and received a graduate degree from the University of Michigan. She has always been interested in the concept of opposites and the possibilities for story between those two extremes. She has been a proud member of the Crime Fiction Academy, directed by Jonathan Santlofer.
